Ron & Clay performed an annual furnace clean and prep for the winter as well as cleaned out all the ductwork in my 90 year old home that had never been done before. As always they were extremely helpful and great to work with !The annual service cost was $100The vent cleaning was $500

Aaron & crew arrived on time and got the jobs done quickly. They explained each step and answered questions clearly. They left no mess behind and reviewed what they had done to make sure we would know how to operate the new attic fan.*Updated to note that another service, cleaning and testing of our furnace was also a great experience. The team made sure to show and explain to me the test results and overall condition of the furnace and humidifier. They did describe additional products and services but did not pressure me or make a sales pitch. They were also very respectful of the house and my time, and arrived on time and completed the inspection promptly.

So, air goes out July 4th and I leave a message to come check out the AC. I had no intention of them calling me on the holiday. Aaron called that night and came out the next day to take a look at the AC and other appliances. They were out quickly considering this is peak "I need my AC fixed". My VERY old AC that was not at standard, leaking water heater (for 2 years) and mega old furnace were all replaced and in great working condition within 7 hours. They were on time, pleasant and followed up after the installation to ensure everything was cooling down appropriatey. I appreciated the easy talk regarding what units I should get for my home and all around living situation. They were very nice and even showed me what they did when I asked about the final product. All in all, would highly recommend.

Ron and Clay from Novak Heating and Cooling were on time-very early AM, got down to business and completed the task in less time than initially stated. Both guys are down to earth and friendly. We are very happy to have found Novak Heating and Cooling. Professional company, hard workers and reasonable rates. We can already breathe much better after having our vents cleaned. Do yourself a favor and get this done in your home; especially if you suffer from seasonal allergies. Yes, we have had them out again for this service after they replaced our furnace. Not sure why my name shows up differently but I am same person who submitted review four months ago!

I called for furnace maintenance as winter is coming.... Aaron was very nice and they were out that week! Ron was the technician who did the work and he was very polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. The service was so good, I decided to pull The trigger and purchase a central air unit! These guys are fantastic and I couldn't be happier!!! Ron and Dylan came out 3 days later and installed the AC unit. I have air, everything is nice and clean and install beautifully and these guys are just amazing!

The guy showed up on time got to work immediately, cleaned our ducks within two hours. We We have cats and a dog, and the workers were very aware and did not let any of them out while they worked. Overall experience was amazing.

Today, furnance maintenance was performed by Dillon snd Ephraim. Aaron Heating and Cooling has outstanding employees. An analysis was provided detailing my system's performance. Before winter sets in, call them to ensure your system is performing optimally. Doing business with Akron companies is important.I rarely use the word "excellent" in my reviews, but I am truly delighted with this team's work. They recently installed central air conditioning and also corrected issues from the previous furnace installation. They even installed ductwork for my range hood, a job other companies refused. Based on my experience with numerous contractors, I consider this team the best in the HVAC industry. Novak Heating and Cooling surpassed my expectations. I was also pleasantly surprised by their thoughtful gift. I highly recommend Novak Heating and Cooling. Thank you, Aaron and team.

The Novak crew from start to finish were very knowledgeable and helpful. After our AC went out at home, it felt impossible gathering so many quotes and gauging experience from all the different companies in Akron. After an extensive search and about a year of waiting and researching, we came upon Novak Heating & Cooling and were very pleased with the various replacement scenarios offered, product comparisons, and working with us in person and over the phone to get our AC replaced. They were very fast with getting equipment ordered and installing the system. I also greatly appreciated the follow up to make sure we were happy with how our new ducted min split system was performing. Everything is working great and I cannot recommend them enough!

Just last week, I had Novak Heating & Cooling replace a furnace and A/C unit at my house. They arrived on time, performed an awesome install, and the price was very reasonable. There is no doubt that I will use them again! Edit: Just this week, once again, I had Novak Heating & Cooling install two mini-splits in my mobile home and addition. They arrived on time handing me a bag of coffee and a coffee mug. I have hired other service companies over the years, but I have never experienced the kindness and compassion from anyone else. From the owner to his employees, they are a great group of people and very meticulous with their work. Thank you again for your great service! Novak Heating and Cooling was a huge help in finishing final details of a home remodel project and keeping us on track for our move-in timeline. They came right out, installed proper venting for the bathroom fan (because really, who lets bath moisture go straight into the attic?), and rerouted our dryer vent so we can do laundry safely. Professional, prompt, and easy to work with—I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable HVAC work.

My AC quit working. Aaron came out right away and diagnosed the issue. Aaron advised me on my options, but ultimately my equipment had run it's course and it was time to upgrade. Ron and Ephram came out and installed the new system and added a humidifier. They did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Excellent work. Couldn't be happier with the service and results.... We collected quotes from 3 local / reputable HVAC installers recently when needing to replace (2) 30-yr-old furnaces and condensors.Novak's prices were a little better than some of the bigger competitors, and the service and work quality from the crew was absolutely top notch. Got to know the owner a little throughout the process - he has 25+ years in the industry and decided to start his own shop during Covid. Being a newer shop, you could tell they were working to build a reputation and paid great attention to detail throughout the installation.

Aaron made time for a last minute, end of the day appointment to come figure out why our AC wasn't cooling our house. It ended up taking some troubleshooting and being quite the cleaning job plus a pipe replacement. Even though it took longer than expected, he finished the job and got things up and running. We appreciate him taking time to investigate the issue and fixing it same day.

We called Novak Heating & Cooling regarding our family business. We have 3 rooftop units, 1 working unit out of the 3. The store was sweltering, Aaron from Novak had Dunjie and his crew out the next day. We needed a new fan inside of one and a new switch in the other unit, Dunjie explained everthing and had Aaron bring the need parts right away. We are up and running, I feel the chill. I recently had my AC and furnace replaced along with some other venting work completed, and I really couldn't be happier with my experience! I found Novak Heating & Cooling after seeing the name repeatedly recommended in online forums, and I agree with all of the positive feedback you'll see out there!The owner Aaron was so easy to work with. Before the work was done, he walked through options without any pressure trying to upsell and worked through my questions patiently and honestly. Much better interaction...not to mention prices...than other places. Kat is also great to work with while helping to coordinate the quotes and the financing option, which I ended up utilizing. The entire team was great on the day of the installation as well. Everyone was friendly, everything was done within the day, and cleaned up without anything for me to deal with afterwards. I'm nothing but happy with all the work everyone did!These units should last me quite a while now, but I will definitely use Novak again if anything else does come up and will always recommend!

AC failed at the start of summer....of course. Called some bigger companies to get estimates and they all came in around 12k. Decided to give Novak a call and was extremely glad I did. Novak came in WAY under the other quotes and the quality of work was outstanding. They fit me in to their busy schedule quickly and I now have cold air and peace of mind. Where to even begin! I was looking to get central air and calling so many places to get estimates. The first thing I noticed about Aaron at Novak was that he wasn't here to try and sell me anything! I had a few estimates done and they all seemed like I was getting the whole sales pitch or I was negotiating with a car salesmen! Aaron came over shortly after my call and was nothing but straight up with me and what the possibilities were for me. It was no pressure and made my decisions easy. After he left I had a few questions and every time I called Novak it was him that answered and he would set me straight for what I was looking for. Aaron even went above and beyond my expectation by figuring out a few ways to save me some money when discussing the units I was going to put in! I saved over $3000 going with them compared to competitors!!!!Once I set up a date for installation he had his team come out and do the job! Everything we discussed in the estimate was done the way he said it would be done and they cleaned up nicely to where you almost couldn't tell there had been work done. The labor of the job took the amount of time he said it would and everything came out great. The feeling of being cool in rooms I wasn't before was simply life changing! I don't think I could find a better overall experience and would recommend Novak to anyone for their HVAC needs. Don't get sold, get helped!In short if you are looking for a company that will treat you, your money, and your time with respect look no further! Anytime in the future that I hear of anyone that needs HVAC work I know who I am telling them to call.
