Can't say enough good things about this company! First of all, they are incredibly responsive to any inquiry, taking into consideration scheduling restraints and trying to work with the customer. Excellent customer service! Secondly, the honesty of the company: I've worked with so many other random HVAC companies over the past few decades, Aaron is so honest. Not only has he been honest about very small fixes (instead of price gouging), he has been consistent across the board with his pricing. Other companies bids for work have been all over the place. I feel SO FORTUNATE to finally have found the HVAC company that I'll be using for all future events!

Aaron and his team at Novak Heating and Cooling are professional, courteous and pay great attention to detail. Aaron answers my request for a quote on a rainy Saturday morning and his team was out Monday morning. Dylan and Ephrem diagnosed the problem quickly and intuitively. Received fair quote and our new furnace was installed the following day. I am very happy to have found Novak Heating and Cooling and although I would rather not replace a furnace during the middle of a kitchen remodel; I was smiling when Aaron and his team left for the day. Dylan and Ephrem are a great team to have in your home-they did their work quickly maneuvered around the other contractor making a mess but cleaned up everything very nicely. We appreciate you!

I recently had my furnace and AC replaced. 3 very polite men came around 8:50. They removed my old furnace so quietly I didn't even know it was out till I saw it in my driveway. Same with the air unit. Very professional. Cleaned up down to the little foil pieces. I was shown everything I needed to know. Was left all literature. Signed up for registration while they were there. My units run quietly. So much different than the old. I highly recommend Nova Heating and Cooling. One of the gentleman offered the maintenance plan where they come out twice a year to make sure everything is running as it should. I signed up for that.

So I truly don’t know where to began with Novak Heating and Cooling this company is so professional and skilled it’s been honestly a pleasure to have them at my home. I contacted them a little over a month ago to remove an ac unit do to a driveway that was being installed on my property, Aaron the owner was so down to earth, kind and knowledgeable I had to write a review and give them 5 stars for their service they ended up selling me a new ac unit for a great price, they just came back today to install it and the service and professionalism was top notch ! Aaron even went above and beyond and brought me back some gifts a Novak cup, and Novak coffee it was truly an awesome gift and they have my business for the future ! Shoutout to Novak Heating and Cooling for being absolute legends. Our furnace decided to act up, and they were out here almost immediately. They could’ve easily told us it was some major, wallet-draining disaster—but instead, they quickly figured out it was a simple fix and had it running like new in under an hour.Super professional, super friendly, and most importantly—honest. That kind of trustworthiness is rare these days, and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend these folks if you want the job done right without any drama.

One of the workers asked me to leave a review, so here you are.Aaron is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and very prompt on getting the work done as well as answering the phone should you need anything. Him and his crew are efficient and very capable of getting the work done. As far as I could tell, the work performed was excellent.So why the sub optimal review then? It basically came down to Aaron's crew showing a lack of professionalism (keep in mind there were no issues with Aaron himself).The first issue was when Aaron and one of his crew members came to do a repair. The other crew member needed a tool so what was the first thing the worker did? Started rummaging around my personal tool chest looking for tools instead of walking the 50 feet to his van; overall I found that to be pretty disrespectful. For the next visit, I had to make sure all of my tools were locked up to prevent this from happening. Frankly, that isn't something I should have to do.The next issue happened when Aaron's crew came back to do a larger project. Aaron wasn't on site for this. The crew did a good good job overall however, I did not appreciate having sheet metal screws left all over my garage floor. If I hadn't decided to sweep my floor after they left, I would have 100% punctured a tire when I moved my car back inside due to this oversight.

We had Novak Heating & Cooling out recently to replace our old furnace and the process couldn't have been smoother. First, we had trouble with it staying on over the weekend. Aaron was at our house diagnosing the issue and offering solutions within 20 minutes on a Saturday morning. By Monday at 2:00 we had a new furnace installed warming the house. And it didn't break the bank. They also installed a whole home humidifier in the fall and our house has never felt this comfortable.

It is rare for my reviews to include the word "excellent," but Aaron and his team provided a service I had been seeking for over a year: the straightforward installation of a stove vent to the outside. Many HVAC companies only install ductwork for HVAC systems.Aaron and his team readily accepted the task and performed the range hood ductwork installation exceptionally well and at a fair price. The range hood will be installed after additional wall work is completed (photo).This led to two additional sales opportunities. He will provide me with a quote for central air installation, and the contractor who was working in my home at the time will use Novak for his heating and cooling system service.Novak Heating and Cooling successfully met my needs. Their work was outstanding, and they gained additional clients.I wholeheartedly recommend them. Their willingness to take on a job others avoided and their excellent execution are commendable. On a Friday night in February in North Hill, our residential boiler (heating system) went out. On Saturday, a big name company came out for a whopping $185, only to leave one hour later without leaving us with any heat. They supposedly didn't have the proper new part stocked on their work van. Big company fail.We contacted Novak. He was over by 2pm, Sunday. Aaron had the correct new part stocked in his van, removed the old and replaced with the new part. The boiler is now up and running all for under the cost of the previous company's nothing. We appreciate the speedy repair at a fair cost. We'll continue to recommend Novak Heating and Cooling to family and friends!

Five star experience with Novak Heating & Cooling. I called this morning 1/23/25 because I woke up to no heat. My thermostat was set on 73 but was reading 66. I shut off the thermostat and turn it back on, it ran for about 10 mins and shut down. I researched companies online and saw that Novak had a 5 star rating. I read the testimonies so I call. Aaron scheduled an appt same day. The amazing Ron Perry showed up. I told him what I was experiencing. He explained everything he was doing. He was super nice. Most importantly, I have heat! I absolutely recommend Novak Heating & Cooling. Thank you so much!

We read reviews and decided to call Novak Heating and Cooling when our furnace went out over night. We called at 7:15am and have heat again 90 minutes later! They had to go get a part and even showed us some things to correct not to run into issues again. I highly recommend using this company for any HVAC needs.

This is the first review I’ve ever made, and it is beyond deserved. Our furnace stopped working at 3am this past freezing weekend, and a friend recommended Aaron Novak. Aaron was at our house before we even woke up the next morning, and had our furnace repaired and running perfectly before we had breakfast. More amazingly, he charged the most honest price I think I’ve ever experienced in my life. He even explained how he doesn’t ever want to take advantage of people and overcharge people (like so many businesses are guilty of today.) I work with a company that values the same pride and integrity, and I will always do business with people like this. He’s also a very down to earth guy and we were very comfortable with him in our home.We will never call anyone else and I will always refer Novak Heating & Cooling.Thanks Aaron!

Novak Heating & Cooling has come to our rescue once again! I cant say enough good about their customer service. Late Sunday night -of all days- our furnace decided to quit kicking on. Aaron, the owner, was super responsive, quick to find the issue, and helped out in less than 20 minutes. This family owned and operated company is outstanding and deserves a call when you’re stressed and worried about your heating and cooling issues. If you are in need of HVAC services look no further! Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and we have a newborn so of course that caused panic with the negative temperatures approaching. My furnace had broken down right before Christmas. I had another company come out and look at it and they had said that it was the control panel. The original company was taking a while to get back to me to see if they had the part, so I started searching other companies to see if they had it. Novak was my first call, Aaron called me back within 5 minutes of checking and told me they could be there in 2 hours for the installation. They arrived on time, and quickly had the part on and my heat back on!! Wonderful and professional service for half the price of my original quote. I will definitely be using them for all of my HVAC needs going forward.

I had a great experience with Novak Heating and Cooling! My furnace broke down in the middle of winter, not the best situation, but Aaron came out within an hour of me calling and gave me all of my options and his recommendation. Once we decided to go with a new furnace he got his team out the next day which was needed as going without heat in December isn’t fun. The team arrived early and got to work. They were polite and got their work done quickly, I definitely will not take a warm house for granted again!Thanks so much guys!

It would have been an easy opportunity for them to make the job bigger than it was but they didn't.Found out I simply needed a new capacitor. On Friday the compressor on my Heil AC unit went out, after reaching out to the manufacture to verify that I still had a warranty they sent me a list of licensed technicians. I called Aaron on Monday, provided an overview of the situation, he was able to provide me a quote and told me that he could be out at 8:30am on Tuesday. He and his crew arrived promptly and got to work. They were able to complete the work in an efficient manner and I have working AC again. I appreciate the work they did and the fair price.

We had an urgent AC repair need heading into the hot holiday weekend and not only did Aaron take my frantic call late in the evening, he made it out to our place quickly. Beyond that, he really went above and beyond to help us with a temporary solution while we waited for the AC to unfreeze. Once the AC was serviceable, they were able to complete the repair quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They will be our go-to for future needs.

I had an a/c emergency and every company I called either couldn’t come out for over a week, or was going to charge exorbitant off hours rates. Aaron was able to get members of team out the same day, and when it was determined my whole unit needed replaced, they scheduled the install for the following morning. Our furnace went out and we called for service and we had Aaron at our home within an hour and a half after normal hours. We had AC within the hour. Was very willing to look into the problem and even fix a problem that was error on the user. He originally put in the ac unit and it has been working great and continues to cool our house very fast. Aaron and his team recently installed a 5-zone Mitsubishi heat pump system in our old Lakewood home and we could not be happier. He and his team are professional and personable. They do a great job of talking you through the process and consulting you as needed.
