“We had Novak Heating & Cooling out recently to replace our old furnace and the process couldn’t have been smoother. First, we had trouble with it staying on over the weekend. Aaron was at our house diagnosing the issue and offering solutions within 20 minutes on a Saturday morning. By Monday at 2:00 we had a new furnace installed warming the house. And it didn’t break the bank. They also installed a whole home humidifier in the fall and our house has never felt this comfortable.”
