I had two older air conditioning systems that needed replaced at a rental property, and Novak not only gave me the best price, but they were quick to schedule, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. The owner, Aaron, and Fallon in the office, were all very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The two installers, Ephrem and Dylan, were so courteous and did an excellent job! They explained everything and when they were finished they cleaned everything up. I have had a lot of service people do work through the years with some leaving a lot to be desired. But I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work performed by Dylan and Ephraim!
